Carolyn D’Amore Rosen

Carolyn joined the law firm as an associate lawyer in 2006. Her early career focused on health care, physician legal issues, nonprofit governance, business, and corporate law. With this background, Carolyn has developed a reputation for her expertise in hospital and physician legal matters and nonprofit good governance.

Carolyn continues to work closely with colleagues at EGLO to represent clients in the Sharon and Mercer County area as well as clients in the Venango County area.  Recently, she opened an EGLO office in Oil City in Venango County, where she resides with her husband and children.

At both locations, Carolyn is accepting clients that are forming new corporate, nonprofit 501(c)(3), and other business entities; needing contract or lease drafting, review or negotiation; having questions about regulatory compliance; buying or selling real estate; buying, selling, merging or dissolving business interests or assets; or otherwise seeking general counsel for business operations.
