David T. Laton

David joined Evans, Garvey, Lackey & Ochs as an Associate in 2022. Before joining the firm, he practiced for over six years in the Dayton, Ohio area. In Ohio, David’s practice focused primarily on estate planning, estate administration, and adult guardianship. During law school at the University of Dayton School of Law, he worked with the Juvenile Division of the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and the University of Dayton’s Legal Affairs Office. David is a Pennsylvania native, having obtained his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Allegheny College (Meadville, PA) in 2012.
